1. We only ship to the continental United States.

2. Shipping of materials by Hot Glass Supply are shipped by either U.P.S., Parcel Post, or Fed-Ex. The primary shipping method on most orders will be by U.P.S., unless otherwise requested by the customer. Note: the Hot Glass Supply is located in Crystal River, FL .

3. Shipping cost is determined after the order is packed. Then we find the cheapest possible way to ship your package. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking numbers of your shipment so you can follow your order at any time by going to www.ups.com or clicking here.

4. Damage: Hot Glass Supply does not assume responsibility for goods damage after leaving our shipping facility. To prevent receiving damage merchandise, first inspect the box or boxes for any signs of possible damage and the right number of boxes are being delivered before signing for a delivery. If there is damage to the order call your local UPS distribution center. They will notify Hot Glass Supply and we will then notify you on either a replacement or repair.

5. Missing or Wrong items sent: Hot Glass Supply prides itself in correctly packing orders placed by our customers. If we do make an error please e-mail us with in 4 days of receiving the order. No order is to be sent back to Hot Glass Supply without a Return Authorization Number. If an order is returned to Hot Glass Supply without a Return Authorization Number an automatic 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. This system is in place to notify us that an error has happened and a correction is need to prevent the error from happening again.

6. Special Order: There may be products that are not listed on our web page that Hot Glass Supply can have sent to you. Some special order items may require special packaging. We will notify you before shipping if special packaging applies.
